Scope

Built on partnership, not transactions

Following successful collaborations in Dublin and London, Frontier Economics appointed Fluid once again to support the furniture strategy for their new London headquarters.

The trust built over previous projects meant we were involved from the earliest stages, working alongside Perkins & Will, Gardiner & Theobald and Overbury to ensure a seamless journey from concept to completion.

Our role spanned full furniture consultancy, product selection and move management, aligning every decision with the design intent and Frontier’s operational needs. It was a partnership defined by clarity, communication and shared standards.

Designed to elevate how they work

The new workspace blends refined finishes, biophilic elements and intelligent zoning to create a calm, high performing environment. Fluid developed a comprehensive furniture package that supported this vision: height adjustable desking, ergonomic task seating, bespoke acoustic pods integrated into the partition system, and a wide range of collaborative and breakout settings.

Meeting rooms combined new and repurposed elements, including custom joinery and unique flip top tables with integrated battery power. The standout Sky Lounge on the 8th floor was furnished to complement panoramic London views, while the rooftop terrace received robust, design led outdoor pieces.

Made for seamless delivery

Fluid managed all procurement, logistics and installation, coordinating closely with Frontier’s internal team and the wider project partners. We also oversaw the relocation of existing furniture and IT equipment, delivering a phased move strategy that worked around tight timelines and an active construction site.

Furniture was sourced from a curated mix of premium manufacturers — including Kinnarps, Humanscale, Konig & Neurath, Orangebox, Frovi, Icons of Denmark, Kartell, Norr11, Muuto, Workbench and Sixteen3 — ensuring quality, consistency and longevity. The result is a workspace that feels cohesive, intentional and ready for Frontier’s next chapter.
