THE STORY...
The London office of loss adjusting and forensic accounting experts ASL International had become outdated over the years, hampering their growth and ability to provide expert solutions for their clients. But not only did they need a new office, but they also needed a modern workspace that provided a hub for innovation and growth, driving the company forward through the years ahead.
As well as spacious desking, the new workspace included a wide range of working environments, including focus pods, collaboration spaces both large and small, and a contemporary breakout area, as well as stylish executive offices.
The whole project was completed on schedule despite lockdown complications, with social distancing and hygiene measures observed throughout the project, and ASL maintained high visibility of the project through weekly progress meetings carried out virtually, while all technical communications with the landlord were handled directly by Zentura.
This 4,000 sq/ft design & build project was completed on schedule to very high quality, providing ASL and their team with the modern and dynamic workspace that they needed.
