Blinkhorns knew their workspace needed a complete rethink: the layout was inefficient, the environment felt tired and the space no longer represented who they were.
After exploring relocation options without success, they turned to Zentura — a partner they trusted for open communication, transparency and experience in occupied refurbishments.
Together, we shaped a plan that balanced ambition with practicality, ensuring the business could continue operating throughout. The relationship quickly became a genuine partnership, built on trust, collaboration and shared commitment to getting the details right.
Designed to reflect their identity
The design brief centred on creating a workspace that felt modern, welcoming and unmistakably Blinkhorns. Working closely with the internal team, Zentura developed a concept that introduced more collaborative areas, flexible breakout spaces and improved circulation.
The scheme was shaped around the building’s chilled‑beam system and the need to maximise efficiency within the existing footprint. The result was a brighter, more open environment with a mix of private offices, spacious desking zones and informal meeting areas — all designed to impress clients and support a more collaborative working style.
Delivered in three seamless phases
Because Blinkhorns couldn’t move out, Zentura delivered the refurbishment in three carefully sequenced phases, with much of the work completed out of hours. This approach kept disruption to a minimum and allowed the team to operate at full speed throughout. Regular meetings, clear communication and high accountability ensured Blinkhorns always had visibility of progress and confidence in the programme.
The project was completed on time and within budget, transforming a tired office into a modern, functional and attractive workspace that supports growth and enhances day‑to‑day performance.
