THE STORY...

When accountancy and taxation consultants Blinkhorns decided to move to a new location in London, they were looking for a space that would enable them to grow and progress as a company. However, they just couldn’t find a solution that worked for them, despite spending a lot of time and effort looking, so they made the decision to do an office refurbishment.

The result was a dynamic workspace with a wide variety of spaces, including individual offices, spacious desking areas, a range of collaboration spaces, and a large breakout area.

Despite not being able to move off-site while the project was in progress, disruption and downtime were almost eliminated through the implementation of a 3-phase project delivery plan involving a lot of out-of-hours works that enabled the Blinkhorns team to focus on the day-to-day running of their business. Throughout the project delivery, close communication and high accountability were maintained through regular meetings and conversations, giving them full visibility of the project.

​This 7,000 sq ft office refurbishment project was completed on time and within budget, giving Blinkhorns the platform they needed to grow and progress, through a collaborative and dynamic workspace.
