Alteryx had expanded rapidly since their move into 186 City Road. Their teams needed more space — but not just more desks. They needed a London HQ that reflected their culture, supported hybrid work and created a standout experience for clients.
Having already delivered multiple floors for Alteryx, Zentura were the natural partner. The relationship was built on trust, shared values and a proven ability to deliver at speed.
Most of the client team were based in California, so communication had to be seamless. Weekly progress meetings, clear updates and a responsive project team meant decisions were made quickly, even across time zones. Distance never slowed the project — it sharpened the collaboration.
California + London
With two additional Cat A floors to work with, Zentura had a blank canvas — including the entire 5th floor dedicated as a client suite. The brief was simple: make it feel like Alteryx, with a touch of London and a hint of California.
The result is a space that balances energy with focus. Open‑plan desking supports day‑to‑day work, while a mix of collaborative zones gives teams room to think, meet and create. The client suite brings the “wow” factor: a hidden club lounge, a coffee shop, London‑style phone booths and even a replica Underground carriage meeting room.
Despite the compressed timeline and phased works in an occupied building, the project moved smoothly — a testament to fast decision‑making, adaptable teams and a clear delivery plan.
