Reconnecting teams
As Red Consultancy shaped their future workplace strategy, it became clear their existing space no longer matched how their teams worked. They needed an environment that encouraged people back into the office, supported collaboration and felt aligned with their creative identity.
Zentura worked closely with Red’s internal team to define a clear brief and deliver a phased programme that kept the business running throughout. Regular communication and careful sequencing ensured minimal disruption, giving Red the confidence that the project would land smoothly and on time.
Culture-centric design
The design focused on creating an agile, welcoming environment that reflected Red’s culture and encouraged spontaneous collaboration. Open‑plan layouts increased capacity and enabled the consolidation from three floors to two, delivering meaningful cost savings.
Informal drop‑in areas, meeting booths and touchdown spaces were introduced throughout to support quick conversations and hybrid working. Biophilic elements and natural finishes softened the space, making it feel more inviting.
Every detail was chosen to echo Red’s identity — energetic, creative and people‑centred.

Fast-track, phased delivery
Zentura delivered the full refurbishment in just seven weeks, managing everything from joinery and lighting to HVAC, flooring, branding and furniture.
The standout feature is the new breakout area — a cultural anchor designed for connection, creativity and downtime. With a teapoint, soft seating, collaboration zones and a dedicated bar, it gives staff a reason to come together and stay connected.
Completed on time and on budget, the project transformed Red’s workspace into a modern, flexible environment that supports hybrid working and strengthens team culture.
