Working closely with the internal team, Zentura created an on-brand, impactful design that matched the project scope and budget. With a concept that the client loved, we then developed a full design package, from detailed working drawings to ultra-realistic CGIs, so that Red could make sure they were getting exactly what they needed.

With the design defined, the Zentura project delivery team went to work, delivering the full project scope in just 7 weeks. Utilising a hybrid working programme, Zentura minimised disruption and ensured the team had effective spaces to work within during the refurbishments, meaning they could continue to work with clients throughout the project.

By moving to an open plan layout, the capacity of the space was increased, allowing the client to consolidate from 3 floors to 2, resulting in significant cost savings for the company. The new design also created several small drop-in areas for informal meetings, to foster better communication throughout the organisation. Biophilic elements from natural finishes to wall-mounted and floor-standing planters were also distributed throughout the space, to make it more attractive and refreshing.

The highlight of this office refurbishment is the all-new breakout space, featuring a teapoint area, large collaboration facilities, soft seating for relaxations, and even a drinks bar. With dark greens complemented by clean marble and eye-catching graphics, this space is a point of attraction for staff and clients alike, creating an environment that attracts and retains people.

This unique and eye-catching workspace was completed in just 7 weeks, on time and on budget, creating an on-brand, modern workspace that echoes and shapes their culture, driving staff wellbeing and performance.
