VCMT’s growth meant their existing office no longer supported their team or their ambitions. They needed a partner who could manage the entire journey — from identifying suitable buildings to negotiating terms and ensuring the space met their operational needs.
Zentura helped VCMT secure an 11,000 sq ft workspace in one of Aldgate’s landmark buildings, giving VCMT the capacity and infrastructure they needed. With the location agreed, the focus shifted to creating a workspace that would support traders, analysts and support teams without compromising performance or continuity.

The design brief centred on creating a modern, functional environment that reflected VCMT’s identity and supported the pace of their work. Zentura developed a layout that balanced trading‑floor efficiency with collaborative spaces and breakout areas.
The scheme prioritised clarity, comfort and flow, ensuring the space could scale with the business. Every detail — from furniture to finishes — was chosen to enhance the day‑to‑day experience and give the team a workspace that felt both professional and energising.

For a trading firm, continuity is non‑negotiable. Zentura managed the entire delivery programme, coordinating contractors, controlling costs and ensuring the project progressed without impacting VCMT’s operations.
