Changing workspace needs
As LGT Vestra refined their post‑pandemic workplace strategy, it became clear their existing environment no longer supported the close collaboration their teams relied on. They needed a more dynamic, connected workspace — but without interrupting client service or daily operations.
Having partnered with Zentura on multiple projects across the UK, they turned to a team they trusted. A phased programme ensured continuity, while regular reporting and open communication gave complete visibility throughout the five‑week refurbishment.
Productivity meets elegance
The design centred on creating a calm, elegant environment that supported both focused work and informal collaboration. Touchdown areas, meeting booths and open collaboration zones were introduced across both floors, each equipped with power, writable surfaces and acoustic screening.
Private meeting rooms provided secure spaces for client conversations, while a refreshed breakout area offered a welcoming place to pause and connect. The finishes, lighting and joinery were chosen to reflect the firm’s refined identity, creating a workspace that felt both modern and distinctly theirs.
Delivered, disruption-free
Zentura delivered the full refurbishment in just five weeks, managing everything from partitioning and joinery to lighting, HVAC, flooring and branding. The programme was carefully sequenced to minimise disruption, allowing staff to continue working throughout.
The result is a flexible, high‑performing environment that supports hybrid collaboration, enhances wellbeing and provides the right mix of spaces for different working styles.
