Working within the highly demanding financial markets, LGT Vestra required a workspace that enabled close teamwork so they can deliver their customised wealth management plans for their clients. As they developed their post-pandemic workspace strategy, they realised that their way of working had changed. No longer would a space focused on isolated working meet their requirements. They needed a more dynamic and collaborative workspace to match the way the company had evolved so that they could continue to work closely with colleagues and clients to drive their business forward.
The finished workspace comprised a variety of environments designed to allow their staff to fulfil their roles in an environment best suited to their varied needs. Collaboration and touchdown spaces of varying sizes equipped with technology services and writable surfaces were installed throughout the space to facilitate informal group work and communication. For more formal meetings, Zentura created private spaces for increased security. A multi-purpose desking space was also installed, allowing for both focused work and teamwork within the same area. In addition to this, an all-new breakout area creates a space for people to relax and connect away from the working areas.
This elegant and refined office fit out project was completed within a challenging time frame, on budget and to a very high standard, facilitating the workspace strategy of this wealth management firm. With this refreshed collaborative space, they now have a strong platform to attract and retain talent and to surpass clients’ expectations for years to come.
