THE STORY...
Roy Humphrey Group approached Zentura to assist with the design and fit out of their new purpose built car showroom, to house the Prestige Car department that houses high specification models including Porsche, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Bentley and Lamborghini.
Once the shell was completed, Zentura started the interior fit out works. New solid and glazed partitions were installed, along with full height timber doorsets. A new steel staircase was fabricated and installed, along with a glass balustrade on the stairs and across the first floor landing.
A new suspended ceiling was installed within the offices on the first floor and to the underneath of the first floor to ensure compliance with Fire Regulations. The first floor gallery ceiling was left exposed to create an open feel, with suspended acoustic rafts installed to minimise reverberation.
A tea point was installed in the client suite and new washrooms were installed, including all plumbing works. Carpet and vinyl flooring was supplied and installed to both floors, along with porcelain tiling to the showroom areas. Finally, new office furniture was installed, including soft seating to the client suite and a circular reception desk to suit the building geometry.
The end result is a stunning showroom area that perfectly complements the luxury cars that are showcased within and a fit out that both Roy Humphrey and Zentura can be proud of!
